Disney Theatrical Group also delivers live shows globally through its license to Feld Entertainment, producer of Disney on Ice and Disney Live!  For over 30 years, Disney on Ice and Disney Live! have brought beloved Disney stories and characters annually to over 12 million guests in nearly 50 countries worldwide, through productions such as Marvel Universe Live! and Frozen, the most well attended and highest grossing Disney on Ice production to date.  In addition, DTG licenses musical titles for local, school and community theatre productions through Music Theatre International, including The Lion King Experience, a unique holistic arts education program wherein accredited elementary and middle schools produce condensed, age-appropriate JR. and KIDS adaptations of The Lion King.

David Redman Scott began working at Disney Theatrical Group in 2006 and currently holds the positions as Senior Manager of Theatrical Licensing, overseeing the stock and amateur business which grants stage rights to perform Disney plays and musicals in professional and community theatres around the world. He has contributed to the Broadway productions of Tarzan, Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid, Newsies, and the National Tour of High School Musical. Scott oversees the Disney JR. and KIDS titles, part of Music Theatre International's Broadway Junior Collection, abridged musicals for young performers which titles includes Beauty and the Beast JR., Winnie the Pooh KIDS, Peter Pan JR. and The Lion King Experience. Professional credits include work at The New London Barn Playhouse (New London, NH), Merry-Go-Round Playhouse (Auburn, NY), Virginia Music Theatre (Norfolk, VA), three seasons touring as stage manager of A Christmas Carol produced by Troupe America, Inc., Snoopy Rocks! ON ICE at Cedar Point Amusement Park and The Medora Musical (Medora, ND). Broadway management credits include Little Shop of Horrors and the 2005 revival of Sweeney Todd. 

Dr. Ken Cerniglia is dramaturg and literary manager for Disney Theatrical Group, where since 2003 he has developed over fifty shows for professional, amateur and school productions, including The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Aladdin, Peter and the Starcatcher and Newsies. A founding member of Two Turns Theatre Company, he directed its inaugural production of The Turn of The Screw at the Merchant's House Museum in 2010. Current freelance dramaturgy projects include MONTICELLO WAKES (Fisher Ensemble), Oliverio: A Brazilian Twist on Dickens (Kennedy Center), Hadestown (New York Theatre Workshop) and Bridges (Berkeley Playhouse). Ken is co-founder of the American Theatre Archive Project and president-elect of Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas. He holds a Ph.D. in theater history and criticism from the University of Washington and presents and publishes his research internationally.

Rachel Lee is a New York City based artist and educator. Along with her work with Disney Theatrical Group, she is also a teaching artist for Center for Arts Education and Marquis Studios. Rachel has worked on Baby It's You (Broadway, Music Department Assistant), Book of Mormon (1st National Tour, Casting Assistant), and is a performer with Joe Iconis and Family. A California native, Rachel is a proud graduate of the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television.

Timothy Maynes is the Education and Outreach Assistant at Disney Theatrical Group, where he supports the development and implementation of DTG’s education and outreach programs in New York City and throughout the country. Before joining DTG, Tim taught high school English and Theater in Vermont, served as the Artistic Director of multiple youth theater programs throughout the state, and served on the Board of Directors for Lyric Theater Company in Burlington, VT. He holds a BA in Drama from Ithaca College and an MA in Arts Leadership from Syracuse University.
