I try to always work towards inspiring collaboration and the value of team. To help each of us embody the ideal that there is more we can achieve united than divided. As Mel Brooks once said: "As long as the world is turning and spinning, we're gonna be dizzy and we're gonna make mistakes." We might as well make them together and learn how to grow from them. The sharing of our stories not only gives us a greater perspective on our own path, but helps us more completely understand what it means to be human.
