Mr. Perillo is the creator of the Center for The Trained Professional Performer; a movement alerting actors trained in theatre schools to the casting system. Mr. Perillo was an AFTRA Union representative for 10 years in New York; He established the first AFTRA SHOWCASE which led to the establishment of the current AFTRA SAG showcases. Mr. Perillo also served as a Theatrical Talent Agent in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles where he owned the Victor Perillo Talent Agency. Mr. Perillo represented the late child actor Gary Coleman and produced all of his movies for NBC. He currently is working on plans for a National Actors Convention that would challenge the talent buyers in film, television and theater to hire the gifted and trained actors graduating from theater programs throughout America. In addition Mr Perillo has plans to create an Actors Television Network only employing graduates performers from theater programs.
