Mr Goff started working for Breakdown Services in 1989, eventually taking over the running of the New York office in 1995. As Director of East Coast Operations for Breakdown Services and Actors Access, he oversees all aspects of the company's subsidiaries in the New York market and throughout the east coast. Thom has traveled across the United States, and to Canada, London and Rome participating in seminars for actors regarding the casting process online and marketing yourself as an actor.

Thom started his New York career as an actor off-off Broadway, in summer stock, on national tours and in Dinner Theatre. He was a founding member and Managing Director of The 11th Hour Theatre Collective in New York City during the 1990’s. He is originally from Maryland.
